Hand Crafted Porcelain and Stoneware Pottery
Hummingbird Pottery features the work of potter Barry Weiss. Crystalline glazed pottery consists of a porcelain body that has been high fired to a temperature of 2300 degrees. Glazes are created by Barry to produce the crystalline growths during the firing process. No two pots are the same. Pots lined with white liner are food safe and all pots are dishwasher safe.
The stoneware pottery is made from high fire, stoneware clay and glazed with 3-5 different glazes using a spray gun application to achieve the organic blend of colors and clay.
