JB Mailer - Acceptable Use Policy
JB Mailer has a very easy, simple to understand policy. The main points are outlined below:
JB Mailer is not to be used for sending information not related to your organization. A copy of every email generated from JB Mailer will be sent to an administrator for review. If inappropriate content is found within your email, your account may be subject to termination without notice.
Don't send too many emails! This system is very powerful and people can become very upset if they receive too many emails from a single company in a short time-frame. Send your messages only as needed - we recommend no more than once per week.
Keep Your List Updated! We have provided you easy management tools for your list of email addresses. Use the add / edit / remove tools when necessary. An email notification will be sent to each address when you add them (an invitation will be sent).
